In 2000, Ray made the courageous decision to set up his own construction company (RMF Construction Services Ltd), following years of experience in the industry. 20 years later, RMF has evolved into more than just a construction company. It now offers the resources to expertly train underrepresented individuals and equip them with the right industry skills to increase their career prospects within rail and construction.
